This light-hearted comedy bubbles with effervescent arias and charm as the elixir causes as many problems as it solves. Irish tenor, Anthony Kearns, will return to Southwest Florida to sing the role of Nemorino, a poor peasant in love with a beautiful landowner, Adina, and tormented by her utter indifference. L’elisir d’amore, Donizetti’s most performed opera, is perhaps most known for the famous tenor aria, “Una furtiva lagrima.” To learn more or to purchase tickets, click the image above.

I was encouraged by the music we created together, secure in the environment with such loving and helpful people, and most of all, inspired by your leadership, discipline, experience, and grace. You have always been one of my idols. Your teaching and guidance challenge me. There are certain people in your life that not only inspire you but kindle a desire to pursue a dream. Since the first time I saw you perform, you sparked my love for opera. Whenever I have a lesson with you, I feel more sure about my voice and my desire to perform. You have my admiration, support, and endless respect,

In the past three years I have had the pleasure of working with Steffanie Pearce on three outstanding and highly successful Opera Naples productions, "Faust," "Tosca," and "The Barber of Seville," the later two in cooperation with Artis Naples. Ms. Pearce has always been cordial, efficient and supportive of my work. Her first-hand knowledge of the opera world gives her a deep understanding of all areas of opera production. I have greatly enjoyed being apart of her team.
