SEASON 9 | 2022  SAFETY GUIDELINES & PROTOCOLS

GO’s safety guidelines/protocols have been updated this 2022 season.
With safety in mind for our patrons, Gulfshore Opera will continue to offer Opera al Fresco events this Fall.

We are incredibly grateful for your continued support.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Our intention is to keep our patrons and artists safe and we have tailored our safety guidelines to meet the current situation.

  • If sick, we request that you will stay home.
  • We encourage anyone who is feeling ill or has been in contact with someone who has been feeling ill in the last 5 days not to attend GO events.
  • Buy tickets in advance. We strongly urge you to purchase tickets before arrival to avoid crowding at the reception desk.
  • Patron tickets state “By attending you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19.
  • At some locations, masks are optional for fully vaccinated patrons, required for unvaccinated patrons for indoor concerts.
  • Indoor social events present particular challenges since it is difficult to maintain social distancing. Those who are more comfortable in a masked environment may choose not to attend a GO social event which involves food or drink where masks inevitably will be removed.
  • Touchless check-in will be utilized when possible.
  • Events will be organized to minimize crowding or congregating in large groups, where possible.
  • Playbills and/or programs will not be re-used.
  • Due to specific venue agreements, local requirements may be adjusted. Click venue logos below to see where specified guidelines exist.

*Social events tickets can be exchanged up to 7 days in advance.

*All concert only tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to the performance.

And you can rest assured when you attend an event with Gulfshore Opera that all staff are fully vaccinated.
